How to reach us:
The Catania Fontanarossa Airport is very close to the city center—about 10 minutes by bus. The cheapest and easiest way to reach the center is by taking the special Alibus service. The Alibus departs from the airport every 25 minutes, from 4:40 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. Tickets cost €4 and can be purchased on board by card.
You can easily board the Alibus right outside the Arrivals terminal. You should get off at “Archi uscita porto”. You can also ask the driver to stop there for you.
From that stop, the Department of Political and Social Sciences (Via Gravina, 12), where the conference will be held, is very close. Simply walk slightly uphill along Via Calì and Via Ventimiglia, then turn right onto Via Gravina.
Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the airport to your destination of choice. The cost is around €25.

Alternatively, the city of Catania offers many excellent accommodation options that you can easily search for on your own through online platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, and others.
As Catania is a popular tourist destination, we strongly recommend booking well in advance!
